Consider this your sign to ditch the laptop and hit a collab lunch with Strange Delight and James Beard-nominated friends at Sedalia’s. They’re serving a Bolivian menu featuring Sandwich de Chola (roast pork sandwich), Sopa de Maní (peanut soup), Silpancho (beef Milanese), and Salteñas. Can’t play hooky? A limited Bolivian menu will be available at dinner too.

Ăn Xôi is taking over the backyard at Pete’s Candy Store, grillin’ and chillin’. Broken rice with grilled pork chop, plus skewers of corn with scallion oil and anchovy sauce, beef wrapped in betel leaf or caul fat, and squid with spicy garlic.

This little Bánh Mì is making a big splash in NYC. Crafted by EMP alum Chef Nancy Nguyen, it starts with house-made bread smeared with pâté, then piles on Vietnamese ham, head cheese, pickled veggies, and fresh herbs. After Eden just opened and word is getting out… so get there early on weekends before they sell out.
