From chef residencies to sidewalk pop-ups, we’ve sifted through the culinary chaos on Instagram to bring you a handpicked selection of NYC’s finest pop-ups and limited-edition drops that you should dig into this week. Consider this your backstage pass to the hottest pop-ups & limited-edition eats in NYC! Dive into our weekly curated list of upcoming food adventures before they disappear 🧨💥

After taking last week off to celebrate Steve and Mac 8it tying the knot 🥰 we’re back and hungry. This weekend’s Must-Eats is all about other blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments: limited drops from some of our favorite kitchens, a notoriously hard-to-book ramen spot throwing its doors… errr windows… wide open, and a wild collab that might genuinely break your brain.

We never considered steak frites in different form until Tonchin Ramen put it in soup form last year… now our brains are breaking again. Lori Jane’s famous steak frites au poivre folded into a Titi’s arepa is just one of the menu items at tomorrow’s East Village collab pop-up. On top of that you can snag the lamb neck puff pastry empanada of the week, plus a surprise dessert empanada. Can’t make it to East Village? Swing by Titi’s Williamsburg location and keep your fingers crossed that the lamb neck empanada drop isn’t sold out yet!

Golden Diner staples like the Honey Butter Pancakes and Chinatown Egg & Cheese are no brainers… and their current drop is just an easy of a “yes”. This drop is nearing the end, available only at dinner, until supplies last.
