Ǎn Xôi takes over Falansai’s new Greenpoint spot for a tight lunch run before heading back to Vietnam for a few months. If you’ve been missing their sticky rice, this is your window. Go straight for the xôi xá xíu tôm khô, chewy rice loaded with char siu and dried shrimp, and the xôi viên trứng muối with that rich salted egg center. Add a bánh bao and don’t skip the palm sugar bánh bò thốt nốt… yes, we just recommended you order everything.

Mama Lam’s, the mother-daughter duo behind some of the city’s sharpest small-batch Malaysian sauces, link with Eric Huang of Pecking House for a Peanut Satay Chicken Sando. Crispy fried chicken stacked with fresh cukes, pickled onions, and a thick swipe of peanut satay on brioche. It’s a texture and flavor bomb, and it’s only available until Monday.

Sasha Sarankin Residency
📍With Others
🏠 340 Bedford Ave, BK
🗓️ Thru Sun 3.8

: instagram @with.others.bk
One of our favorite pop-ups of 2025 is wrapping it’s month-long run next week: Chef Sasha Sarankin is serving up a Thai inspired wine bar menu at With Others. The hat yai fried chicken is non-negotiable. Add the southern monkfish curry with purple clams and betel leaf, and the pork jowl salad bright with pomelo and herbs. Oh and don’t forget to hit the milk bread with an aggressive amount of whipped white pepper butter between each bite. You’re welcome.
This is just a taste of what’s poppin’ in the 8it app. If you have any suggestions to make the 8it app experience even better than it already is, don’t hesitate to shoot us a DM.
