To celebrate Natasha Pickowicz’s new book Everyone Hot Pot, she’s been on a collab circuit, showcasing just how versatile hot pot can be. Tomorrow, she and Chef Eric See are dropping a hot pot–inspired breakfast burrito: scallion pork sausage, chili crisp, white sesame sauce, soft scramble, garlic chives, cheese, and hash wrapped in a tortilla. It’s available for one day only, in-house or takeout, until sold out. And to show some extra love this vday weekend, a portion of proceeds supports Border Kindness.

Egodeath is taking over Colbo an early afternoon into the evening zero-waste vday dinner. The menu runs from a tight seafood plate and beef tartare with green peppercorn and cognac caramel to leek rice with vin jaune and hazelnuts, boudin noir with squid ink, and a flourless chocolate cake with citrus marmalade. It’s walk-in energy with date-night payoff.

Papi Tropical x Quick Eternity

📍Quick Eternity
🏠 Seaport: 22 Peck Slip A2872, NYC
🗓️ Sat 2.14

Papi Tropical is collaborating with Quick Eternity for a three-course, seafood-leaning Valentine’s built around dressed oysters, ceviche, a duo of plantain rellenos, and dessert, plus a welcome cocktail. Consider this the proper pregame to the night’s Too Full to F*ck event… start with oysters in a low-lit cocktail bar and end somewhere reckless.

Chicken & Lions Head Meatballs

📍Nom Wah Nolita
🏠 10 Kenmare St, NYC
🗓️ Thru Tues 2.17

📸: instagram @mac8it

For Lunar New Year, Nom Wah swapped the classic pork for chicken and lion’s mane mushroom – light and bouncy. Then seared the meatballs and served them over white rice with lettuce, cucumbers, scallion white sauce, and spicy chili bean sauce. It transported us to a place we’ve never been but never want to leave… a Chinatown banquet collided with a halal cart.
