First Taste 001 runs on a single rule: everything performed, served, or sold at the event appears for the first time on September 19. For the music lineup, every set is built specifically for that date and that crowd.
The Sunny Cheeba b2b Curly Nez pairing exists only at this event in that configuration. Just Dimy and Rae Sada each bring new material that has not been played publicly. Dos Flakos uses First Taste 001 as a preview stage for tracks scheduled for October release, so attendees hear those tracks weeks before anyone else.
The 1-of-1 designation reflects the same logic 8it applies to limited food drops. Once the moment passes, it is gone. A set played on September 19 in that specific back-to-back configuration, with that specific unreleased material, will not repeat.
