These culinary renegades are out here turning borrowed kitchens into creative laboratories and sidewalks into dining rooms. They’re serving some of the best food in NYC — and it’s time to crown the best of the best.

Do you know a chef who’s been hustling harder than the rest? A pop-up that lives rent-free in your head? A dish so good you’re still dreaming about it? Nominate them. We’ve got categories for everything from Collab of the Year to Hustler of the Year, and you can help decide who takes home the award.

How it works:

1. Submit your nominations (open until Wednesday, December 24th).

2. A secret squad of vetted industry pros will review the nominations.

3. Winners will be announced at the 8it Awards Ceremony (industry-only event — click here to get on the list).
