Chef Calvin Eng of Bonnie’s teamed up with Bon Appetit to create his Cantonese twist on the Filet-O-Fish. A cod and shrimp fish cake is crispied up and topped with ginger-scallion tartar sauce and placed between two buns that were born to soak it all up.
