This Weekend’s Must-Eat Food Pop-ups & Drops in NYC: November 14, 2025

Let’s be real…keeping track of all NYC’s food pop-ups and limited-edition dish drops has been nearly impossible. Over the last few decades, pop-ups have been on the rise in NYC and 8it has become the go-to source for tracking all of them and helping these entrepreneurial chefs get discovered. From chef residencies to sidewalk pop-ups, we’ve sifted through the culinary chaos on Instagram to bring you a handpicked selection of NYC’s finest pop-ups and limited-edition drops that you should dig into this week. Consider this your backstage pass to the hottest pop-ups & limited-edition eats in NYC! Dive into our weekly curated list of upcoming food adventures before they disappear 🧨💥

It’s only mid-November, and it’s been cold for… what, three days? Yet somehow the internet has decided we’re already at the end of the year. “Best Eats of 2025” videos are popping up in my feed the same week Spirit Halloween disappears from the streets. So before the timeline tricks you into thinking the year’s already over, here are five very real, very right-now pop-ups and limited-edition drops that might just make you wish this year would slow down a little.

Sisi Bagels x Sauced
Sauced // 331 Bedford Ave, BK // Fri 11.14

Sisi Bagels got their start in Madrid making New York bagels, now they’re in NYC serving up those very bagels. Today at Sauced in Williamsburg, they’re serving their twist on a croque-monsieur on an everything bagel. Paired with a glass of vino, sounds like a solid way to kickoff the weekend.

Subway Series with Super Chori
Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson // 251 Fulton St, NYC // Fri 11.14

📸: instagram @superchori

Marcus Samuelsson’s Subway Series featured a killer line-up of chefs throughout the summer; and as we’re walking into winter, he’s brought two chefs back! Last weekend, Chef Chris Martin of CMarty’s Jerk served up a menu that’s uniquely Cmarty, and tonight, Chef Marco Pasos of Super Chori is doing the same – Argentinian style! The menu: Buñuelos de Espinaca con Alioli Chimichurri, “Patricia’s Locro” Soup, and a Grilled Skirt Steak Sandwich.

Ava & Kiki’s Apizza
Kings County Brewers Collective // 381 Troutman St, BK // Fri 11.14

We all love a New York slice, but this weekend, we’re urging you to expand your pizza horizons. Ava & Kiki’s is bringing their New Haven style apizza to Brooklyn today. Swing by Kings County to get some pies and some brews. And heads up, they’re implementing a new ordering system that should make things move faster and get your belly fuller in no time!

Pan de Muerto al Grill
Cuerno // 1271 Avenue of Americas, NYC // Thru Sat 11.15

📸: instagram @cuernonewyork

New steakhouse on the block, Cuerno, originally from CDMX, is gracing tables with a special Día de los Muertos treat that is wrapping up tomorrow. Their housemade pan de muerto, made daily, is then grilled over the fire, then layered with seasonal guava jam, vanilla ice cream, cajeta, and pecans from Coahuila.

Solo Diner x Smoke Sweats Friendsgiving
Brooklyn Kura // 34 34th St, BK // Sun 11.16

📸: instagram @smokesweats

Fil-Am pop-up, Solo Diner, and barbeque pop-up, Smoke Sweats BBQ, are collaborating on a elevated-dining craft BBQ Friendsgiving this Sunday. The seated, ticketed event taking place at Brooklyn Kura features a stacked menu with snacks like Bluestone Crab Tortang Alimasag and Berkshire Pork Belly Skewers, to mains like Black Angus Picanha Steak and Grilled Shrimp, along with a bunch of sides, sauces and dessert. Snag your ticket and we’ll see ya there!
